Welcome to the Woodlands Homeowners Association website.  Located in Athens, Alabama, the Woodlands subdivision currently has 113 homes built and another 11 lots/construction sites. 

This website is designed to keep our current residents informed of neighborhood and local area events.  It will also serve as an informational guide to prospective residents.

Protective covenants are in place regulating minimum home size and design features throughout the neighborhood.  Also, in order to maintain an attractive harmonious appearance of the subdivision, construction of exterior structures (such as detached garages, accessory buildings, fences, etc.) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to the start of construction.
