The 2009 HOA Budget was recently e-mailed to residents. If you did not receive it, please request a copy from the board@thewoodlandshoa.org.
The 2009 HOA Dues are currently $48 for all interior lots on Inwood, Treemont, Bellewood, Maple Cove, and Woodhaven. Payment instructions were noted in the e-mail mentioned above. Payment is due no later than March 25th, 2009. If you have any questions, please e-mail the board@thewoodlandshoa.org.
