In order to maintain the attractive harmonious appearance of the subdivision, construction of all exterior structures (such as detached garages, accessory buildings, fences, patios, gazebos, pergolas, etc.) must be approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee prior to the start of construction as required by the Restrictive Covenants.
Construction regulations can be found in the Woodlands Restrictive Covenants. You may download a PDF copy in the "Downloads" section of this website.
