- Dogs and cats are NOT allowed to run free off an owner's property
- No house trailers, mobile homes, recreation vehicles, abandoned vehicles, horse trailers, campers, tents, shacks, buses, or like objects are permitted to remain in view.
- The construction of ALL exterior structures (such as detached garages, accessory buildings, fences, patios, gazebos, pergolas, etc.) must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee prior to the start of construction as required by the Restrictive Covenants (Section 26).
